working principle

When an electronic tag is an object at a distance of 3 do 6 meters range close to the reader, the reader controlled a microwave query signal received in the electronic tag installation surface read write device after the query signal, this signal and tag data in the integrated reflection back label reading device. Reflected back to the microwave synthesis signal, has been carrying electronic tag data information. When the reader receives the microwave synthetic signal reflected back by the electronic label, the information stored in the electronic tag can be read out after the microprocessor is processed by the microprocessor.

3.Why use UHF RFID for waste bin

With costs rising in the waste management process, RFID is enabling cities and municipalities to reliably identify individual receptacles and can create incentive-based recycling programs that accurately reward customers for the amount they recycle, while minimizing the overall amount of trash.

By automating the collection of all waste, RFID can assure that individual bins have been collected, providing verification of service. In addition this information can be used to optimize truck usage and routes. Processes can be streamlined and more accurate.

RFID technology helps a lot to increase efficiency of the waste management operations. To realize this application, a properly designed rugged RFID tag is attached to the waste bins. It contains all user/owner information.
